Wir bieten für die Wing Chun Community mehrmals im Jahr Wing Chun Retreats mit der Möglichkeit, die eigenen Trainingsfähigkeiten zu intensivieren, um ein Programm abzuschließen oder zu sehen und zu fühlen, wie das Gary Lam Wing Chun System funktioniert. Natürlich sind auch alle neuen Schüler unseres einzigartigen Systems herzlich willkommen!
Braucht deine Seele wieder mal Urlaub? Eine Reise vom Ego zu Dir selbst… So werden intensive Trainingstage in entspannter Atmosphäre zum unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Am Schlossplatz in der Altstadt, können wir in Frankfurt entspannt üben, achtsam sein, uns auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren und die schönen Tage zusammen genießen. In einer passenden Umgebung begegnest du Gleichgesinnten, aber vor allem dir selbst!
Retreats können generell wunderbar genutzt werden, um das Gary Lam Wing Chun System kennenzulernen oder die bereits erworbenen Fähigkeiten zu verbessern und zu vertiefen.

We offer Wing Chun Retreats for the Wing Chun Community several times a year with the possibility to intensify your own training skills, to complete a program or to see and feel how the Gary Lam Wing Chun System works. Of course, all new students of our unique system are welcome!
Does your soul need a vacation again? A journey from the ego to yourself… This is how intensive training days in a relaxed atmosphere become an unforgettable experience. At the Schlossplatz in the old town, we can practice in Frankfurt in a relaxed way, be mindful, concentrate on the essentials and enjoy the beautiful days together. In a suitable environment you will meet like-minded people, but most of all yourself!
Retreats can generally be used wonderfully to get to know the Gary Lam Wing Chun System or to improve and deepen the already acquired skills.
You can practice exclusively with me and we offer for that Event „Private Training“ in Johannisberg or Frankfurt. There are different possibilities to book a overnight stay in Frankfurt near by the training place. If you have any questions pls contact me.
